What is mindfulness, and is mindfulness enough? 

Jacqui and Tanagh unpack how to use mindfulness in our everyday lives as a tool for self-awareness, and then use this awareness to first infuse our beliefs with Love, thereby being able to bring and Be Love with all that we think, say and do. 

Mindfulness is a fast-growing practice. We take a look at how to utilise this practice in stepping into a Spirit-led life, and how the ego can sometimes trick us into believing that mindfulness on its own can be enough.
