Episode 26 covers cases published between December 9, 2020 and December 15, 2020.

In four criminal cases this week, the court discusses when evidence for a character of truthfulness is admissible and three cases addressing post conviction relief cases – addressing the right to counsel, timeliness exceptions and the proof required to establish ineffective assistance of counsel.
