The Pennsylvania Case Law Update While You Drive Podcast provides an update in 20 minutes or less, of precedential cases published in the Pennsylvania Superior Court, The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court and The Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Episode 20 covers cases published between October 27, 2020 and November 3, 2020. 
In criminal matters this week, the court addressed weight and sufficiency claims in a DUI case. In a drug delivery and conspiracy case, the court addresses discretionary sentencing claims and when you can be convicted of multiple counts of conspiracy. The Supreme Court addresses expert testimony as it applies to responses and behaviors of victims of sexual assault and the legality of a maximum life sentence to a juvenile offender convicted of second degree murder.
