Description
The Pennsylvania Case Law Update While You Drive Podcast provides an update in 20 minutes or less, of precedential cases published in the Pennsylvania Superior Court, The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court and The Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Episode 20 covers cases published between November 11, 2020 and November 17, 2020.
This week, there was only one noteworthy case addressing election law and what is permitted and mandated observation during the pre-canvassing and canvassing of absentee and mail in ballots.
