The Central Missouri Activities Conference track and field meet is today in Columbia. Helias Crusaders track coach Phil Pitts starts off our show. It's the second day of soccer at the Helias Showcase where the Lady Crusaders will meet Ozark. We talk about Helias' season so far with coach Jon DeSha. In the second half-hour, we head to Webb City where the Jefferson City Lady Jays soccer team is competing in the Southwest Missouri Shootout. Coach Scott Blake talks about an opening day win over Webb City. Then we head to Lawrence, Kansas to talk with coach Kyle Lasley as the Jefferson City Jays baseball team gets ready for the second day of action in the River City Festival.
