Codependency
Update: 2019-10-15
Description
As a continuation to their last podcast episode on People Pleasing, Healthe Clinic Behavioral Therapists, Laura Tuohy and Jesse Sieve, discuss the topic of codependency in relationships. Relationships can be difficult places to traverse; they can also be the most beautiful things that we can do with other people in our lives. Codependency can mean something different for all of us, but it also can come with a lot of shame and guilt. In this episode, Laura and Jesse work to unpack the term and provide you with the context to dispel some of the stigma that surrounds codependency and offer insight into effective vs ineffective dependency in relationships.
