Hello and welcome to Confidently You: CBT for Colour & Style Confidence—the podcast that helps you step into your personal style with confidence, using the power of colour, self-expression, and a little bit of psychology.

 I’m Deirdre Coyne, a trainee colour analyst and CBT therapist, and I’m passionate about helping strong women feel their best, inside and out.
 
 

If you’ve ever stood in front of your wardrobe feeling uninspired, second-guessed your style choices, or felt like the woman you see in the mirror doesn’t quite match how you *want* to feel—then you’re in the right place.

So why am I combining colour, style, and psychology? 

Well, confidence isn’t just about what you wear—it’s about how you *see* yourself. 

I’ve seen so many women hesitate to embrace their personal style because of old beliefs, fears of standing out, or thoughts like 'I’m too old to wear that' or ‘I’ll wait until I lose the weight’.
