Today I get to interview the lovely Laura Hernandez. Laura and Her husband Tony live in the Dallas area where they raise their 10 amazing kiddos. Laura is the founder of Mama Systems, a company that exist to help mamas put systems in place in their homes so they can live more peaceful and intentional lives.

In this episode Laura gives us strategies for how we can create systems for a peaceful home. She shares with us practical strategies for how to assess the things that you are doing, how to prioritize the things that are important, real life examples of her own systems, and how to take care of yourself.
