Julian is currently the EVP of Learning and Development for EPM Mortgage. Prior to EPM, he was a consultant for over 40 businesses in the areas of L&D, Employee Engagement, and leadership development. His focus is changing the subconscious stories that inhibit change. Using adaptation of Neuro Linguistic Programming (N.L.P.), neuroscience, and behavioral coaching, he has tested and proven theories through transformational seminars and lectures throughout the country.

He is also known for being a well-known Talent Agent who discovered Jennifer Lopez and a professional kickboxer working with celebrities.
