Dr. Dale Rae (Ph.D.) is a senior researcher at the University of Cape Town. Her field is physiology and she specializes in  Sleep Science. She also works for a company called Sleep Science, which basically helps people sleep better. Dale is a mom of two, so she gets running on depleted sleep. 

She’s my guest on today’s episode. As she’ll help you understand sleep, and identify the practical changes you need to make, as a busy mom, to prioritize it.
