Samantha Herbst and Charlene Armstrong quickly developed that same dream, once their parenting podcast, The Great Equalizer,  began gaining traction on Apple and Spotify.

They joined me on The Boss Mom Show and shared their experience of starting and maintaining a podcast, and also the practical steps they took to monetize their product.
