Sandra  Francisco is a business and personal development coach, who specializes in helping people turn ideas into profitable businesses.

She has over 15 years of experience in product development and marketing with two of Canada's Fortune 10 companies. Her experience in product development and her interest in the human psyche led her to coach.

Sandra joined me on the show to talk about the journey new entrepreneurs ( that's you and me, boss mom) undertake when just starting out.
