This powerful guided meditation cultivates embodied compassion. You will be guided through breath, body awareness and visualization to cultivate a strong back and a soft front. Your strong back allows you to move through the world with grounded presence, autonomy, clarity and courage.  Your soft front allows you to be receptive, empathetic, responsive and vulnerable to the world and those you interact with. This balance of a strong back and a soft heart is a practice that is life long and is the heart of healing for our species and the planet.
