If you start the day by replaying the ills of yesterday or anxious about the state of the world, you are less mindful and loving. When you start your day by being aware of your breath, connecting to your heart and relaxing your body, you will be able to show up with less reactivity and anxiety, and more mindful loving awareness. This ten minute meditation will guide you to listen to your heart's wisdom and set a heartfelt intention, as well as relax your body so you can be at peace throughout the events of your day.
