This meditation focuses on our capactiy to respond, to become responible, in our lives. We begin with breath awareness and body scan. Then, using the metaphore of a rafting down a river, we explore how living from open hearted awareness enables us to respond to the inevitable whitewater and changes of life. This is a wonderful meditation to do during trying or difficult times in life, allowing you to find your center, the peace within, and respond to life's curcumstances with wise compassion.
