New Moon Meditation
Description
Setting an intention at the New Moon is a powerful practice that helps clarify what you want to plant, nourish and grow in the next few weeks, months or years in your life. This is a 10 min guided meditation, without music. I encourage you to carve out time before the meditation to prepare a safe, mindful and loving space for yourself. You may want to light candles and/ or create an altar for your intention. Journaling before and/ or after this meditation is also recommended, as many people have images or ideas that come to them during the new moon. When we make space for inspiration, it will often come and dance with our creativity.
There is a lot of dynamic movement happening on the planet. Taking time to settle into stillness and be intentional with your life energy is one of the best things you can do to help be a part of loving change.
