Part two is all about how to regulate the nervous system and hormones! Kinsey shares lots of tangible ways to recalibrate our bodies. She also spends some time talking about stress and provides a little check in to see where you are on a stress scale. Kinsey then touches briefly on supplements to get you going in the right direction and some other important information to consider when adding supplements into the routine. Kinsey finished this part up with some homework to get you primed for part 3!
