In this episode, Kelly talks with online client Diane Bloom. Diane is in her late 70s and started with The Tummy Team after being diagnosed with Uterine Cancer. She has a long history as a labor and delivery nurse and midwife and is a huge advocate for women's health. Diane has a unique take on functional core and pelvic floor rehab. She was able to use our program to prepare for surgery and heal after her procedure. She has some fun insight on how important this work is for women of all ages.
