Description

Nadia Edwards-Dashti is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Harrington Starr Group, an award winning Recruitment Agency with over 70 staff across offices in London, New York and San Francisco.

A business that leads from the front with Content Marketing and hosting industry events- most commonly the story of their success is told from the perspective of CEO Toby Babb.

However, I wanted to tell a different version of the story. Nadia was with Toby and James Hounslow from day 1 and worked with both Co-Founders in previous Agencies. She’s been the backbone of the training of all staff and led the launch of their 2nd business - North Starr.

A truly inspirational female who is proud of being a recruiter and LOVES the sector she supports, gives a real honest look into the inner workings of making an agency grow alongside business partners.

I believe she should be recognised as a role model for recruiters everywhere and I hope you enjoy it as much as we did recording it!
