Malvin is the Founding Director of Vallum Associates - a specialist Recruitment Agency and Consultancy to the Energy, Utilities and now Financial Services Markets.
I loved recording this episode as Malvin is an ex colleague of mine and close friend. We worked together in our previous Recruitment Agency and I have seen his career grow personally.
However, what always baffled me was the shock when Malvin quit his agency career to start his own business at the point where he was just starting to build a name for himself in his sector.
