Ben Heathorn is the MD of Joss Search a boutique Recruitment Agency specialising in sourcing support staff for Private Equity companies, founded by his wife Sivan.
Over the past decade, Ben had a hugely successful career in launching food and beverage brands- most notably he was part of the team that launched ‘Pop Chips’ in the UK and took the brand from zero products on the shelves to £20 million in sales!
In early 2018 with NO experience of working in Recruitment, Ben and Sivan decided that he would join the operation as Managing Director to take the brand to the next level.
In the first quarter of his role, Sivan fell pregnant with their second child, which meant Ben would be taking the helm later in 2018!
