In today's episode, I tell you all about how I applied and got accepted into a reality TV show for entrepreneurs! The cake on top for me: It's created and hosted by Wes Bergmann from MTV’s The Challenge! Fast forward through a whirlwind casting process...I overcame my fears, doubts, and mom guilt to take a chance on myself and my dreams. And I am SO glad I did!

Through this experience, I found my voice, my power, and my identity again. I found a spark that I had lost track of. I learned so much about entrepreneurship and built a belief in myself as a business owner that I had been missing. I got validation that what I am trying to do in the world matters. Sometimes us moms need to hear that.

I wanted to share my key takeaways and reflections from this experience that I think all moms need to hear and can benefit from. I hope these takeaways help you find your voice, your power, and your spark again as well. The world needs your light in it and I am here to be a voice to remind moms that you matter, your dreams matter, and you are worthy of taking up space and having a voice.
