Before we get into the episode, I just want to thank you for supporting my podcast this year. This will be the last episode for 2021 and I look forward to kicking it off with some fresh content in January.
In this episode, I share seven questions to support your year-end reflection to help you process 2021 and set the tone for the year to come. I felt this would be a good episode to end off with and help you reflect on the growth that you've had so that you can celebrate your successes and positively reframe any "failures" or setbacks and learn from them to consciously choose a new direction for 2022.
