On this episode of The Life of Phys Podcast, I’m joined by Scott Bourne, a semi-retired professional photographer with over 50 years of experience in the industry.

Scott has built an extraordinary career as an Olympus Visionary, professional wildlife photographer, author, and lecturer, specializing in capturing the beauty of birds. His photography has been published in more than 200 publications worldwide.

A true pioneer in both digital photography and online education, Scott was named one of the 30 Most Influential Photographers on the Web by the Huffington Post. He has also been at the forefront of photography training, becoming one of the first to receive the designation Apple Certified Professional Trainer (T3) for Apple’s Aperture. Additionally, he has held credentials as a Certified Adobe Photoshop Instructor and as a Certified Professional Photographer through the Professional Photographers of America.

Most recently, Scott was honored with the designation Signed Master with the Studio of Masters in China, further recognizing his lifetime contributions to the art of photography. He is also the author of several acclaimed photography books, sharing his expertise and passion with the next generation of photographers.
