In 2002, Matthew Eames founded Eames Consulting from a small office space in Hammersmith.
Having originally worked as an Underwriter in the Lloyd’s of London Insurance Market himself, he spent 4 years prior to setting up his business, learning to recruit for the very sector he knew.
He adopted a clear ‘industry focus’ alongside a niche recruitment vertical, and this was a recipe for top billing success.
This foundation was clearly a great contributor to his amazing journey as a business owner, where he has developed 140 staff, 4 global offices and multiple brands in the Group offering a range of services.
I personally loved recording this episode, as Matthew’s business was my biggest competitor in my recruitment career and I know first hand how his brand and business was received by the market!
