My mission is to improve people’s lives by transforming one workplace at a time. Moving away from a climate of command and control, towards a climate of possibility.

FIVE PRINCIPLES IN CREATING AN ENGAGING AND PRODUCTIVE WORKPLACE ENVIRONMENT
- Employees are encouraged to reflect on previous knowledge and experiences and contribute them into projects and decision making.
- Employees have the freedom to approach work in their own way.
- Employees are encouraged to experiment and approach their work in a new way (e.g. try out the new skills in an environment that is risk/failure supportive).
- Employees regularly and frequently receive feedback on their performance so that they can improve.
- The work environment is positive and encouraging.
