Jules makes an amazing savory martini using tomato, basil, pepper and a few other amazing ingredients. A drink that is perfect for summer! Brad makes the Ford Cocktail and goes into the history behind the drink and the much more interesting history behind Benedictine. In your mixing glass add
- 2oz Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
- 1 oz Dry Vermouth
- 1/3 oz of Benedictine D.O.M liqueur
- 2 dash of Orange bitters
Stir for 30 to 40 rotations
Strain into chilled coupe glass
Garnish with an orange twist
Toma-tini
In a mixing glass add:
- 2-3 cherry tomatoes
- 1 basil leaf
- Pinch of sea salt
- Crack of pepper
Muddle
- 2 dashes black lemon bitters
- 2 oz gin, Olive Leaf Four Pillars
- 1 oz dry vermouth
- Splash of champagne vinegar
Strain into chilled coupe glass
