The votes were in, and the decision was yes, as the character didn't have any fans after his origin was revamped. 17 years later, Jason Todd returned from the land of the dead to take on another classic mantle, The Red Hood. Only now he's not the kind of hero Batman wanted him to be, he does what Batman won't... kill.
