This is such an important topic to talk about because we all have experienced it at some point in our health and fitness journey.
Picture this: You stepped out into the super uncomfortable. You joined a gym, you started a nutrition program, and you created some really great results that have awarded you all kinds of freedoms in your life. You can play with the kids with ease, you can hike trails you never thought of attempting before, and you don't get the wind sucked out of you walking up the stairs at work anymore. It makes you incredibly excited, and you want the same type of change for those around you that you love and care for.
Except, they don't see it from the same light as you do. They don't care about their own health and fitness the way you do. They have a laundry list of reasons why they can't get started, and you're at your wit's end on how to continue trying to help them.
After spending 15 years in the fitness industry, I've gathered a few key ways you can help lead these people down the right path to help them create change. Part of it is understanding where they are in their own journey (and you in yours!), and how you can meet them where they are at.
