Treya is the CEO of Design House Collective, Designer and business engineer. She has 30 years of experience building industry-leading brands, coaching CEOs, and delivering breakthrough sales programs. She combines business acumen, design knowledge, and expertise in leadership and communication to create high-performing brands. Klassen has worked with clients such as Polartec, Eddie Bauer, Arcteryx, and Lululemon.
Klassen is also a Communication Course leader for Landmark Worldwide, with 22 years of experience leading seminars and guest-speaking engagements. Her notable accomplishments include developing the Nike Air Sole, launching an award-winning retail chain, coaching 120 financial services entrepreneurs weekly, being nominated for the most influential businesswoman in Canada, and directing the second-largest textile brand in the world from chapter eleven bankruptcy to $289 million in sales in less than three years.
As the founder and current CEO of Design House Collective, Klassen leads a team of creative strategists, designers, artists, writers, developers, philosophers, and filmmakers who transform markets and reconfigure industries. Her team has received dozens of awards for excellence in product innovation, brand storytelling, and design.
