Jay brings a highly varied and successful background that has allowed him to find success coaching runners from middle school to Olympics. Drawing from his roots in American team sports, Coach Jay has developed an approach that focuses on starting from a runner’s current fitness and developing a realistic vision of progressing toward goals and dreams.
