In today's episode, we shall talk on How to find time & place for a run, especially for the women. While this is mainly for women but applies to the men too.
For the episode, we have with us a very well known runner - Dr. Seema Yadav.
Seema is a Runner, Yogini, Doctor, fitness Addict, and above all, a Mom. She started running in 2016 and since then has run five full marathons, and 20 half marathons, and 10Km run. She qualified for the Boston Marathon in less than two years of running. She has been a podium finisher at Delhi Marathon and Mumbai Marathon since 2016 and has bagged 17 Gold, 4 Silver, and 2 Bronze Medals to date. Her personal best for half marathon is 1 hour 34 mins 12 secs.
