No one really knows what it means, but everyone feels like they don't have enough of it. This means lots of time wasted on pointless foam rolling, stretching, activation drills and bodyweight shenanigans.
This is valuable time that could be spent training productively with actual weights. And guess what? If you train right, you'll get more mobile without having to do specific mobility work.
