In today's episode I am joined by Sarah Sobotka who is a Registered Dietician, Functional Health Practitioner, Certified Personal Trainer and holds a Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics. 
 
Her main role as a practitioner is to help her clients address the root cause of their symptoms and optimize their health by providing functional health practices.  She provides coaching for gut issues, hormonal issues, sustainable eating, weight loss/weight gain and many others. In her spare time she loves to read, travel and hangout with her friends and family.
