This Yoga Nidra is designed to allow you to experience the power of your own presence.


The Shamans talk about the visible and the invisible, the form and the formless and walking both worlds.


They have developed capacities, available to us all, but poorly understood by most.


As humans we have undeveloped sensory capacities. Sometimes referred to as the sixth sense, also known as intuition, we have a capability to sense into situations and to intuit information beyond what is visible to us.


We have this capacity because we have an energy field and we are part of a wider energy field. When we say things like “you could cut the atmosphere with a knife” or talk about “good vibes” and “bad vibes”, this is how we are picking up on that information.


The more present we are, the more connected to our own energy field and the wider energy field, the more access we have to our own intuition and to have insight into both the visible and the invisible, the form and the formless.


The intention for the practice is “I am fully present in my body and connected to the field”.


When we repeat this intention outside of the practice, it should evoke the state of presence we achieve in the practice, thereby helping us to connect with the power of our own presence.
