On Episode 57 of The Center Stage we catch up with the ladies both in immensely different places right now. Carolina is buried ankles to eyeballs in packing up her current place prepping for the move out to California. While Ashlyn has just returned from a Week of Gettin' Litty up in the City!! Just kidding, she hit Cancun for a friends wedding with her momma and did have as much fun as she should have. We follow her tales of late night debauchery in a foreign land (just kidding) and then we dive deep into bloodwork and what the most common markers are to look for as a competition coach and how you would combat those very issues.
