Ashlyn is still in Vegas and working away as Prep has officially started she gives away some of the changes to this prep and the things that she believes is going to make this one so much better than in the past. Carolina is living the life in her new Cali digs and enjoying changing things up a bit with her Brazilian Ju-Jitsu training which has provided another challenge for her to master. We dig into some listener questions about the ladies individual takes on an IIFYM style diet. Does it work? Is there a time and a place for it?
