We catch up with the ladies as Ashlyn heads into the Wasatch Warrior show this weekend and Carolina is just 2.5 weeks out from the Pittsburgh Pro. We talk rough preps, putting our bodies in harms way, physical issues associated with Prep, and the ladies give their stances on IIFYM or Flexible dieting.
