Amazing Book!
This book is one of the greatest 40k books in the series, I highly recommend this book to any fan of Warhammer 40k.

Bowden's writing brought to life in only the way Keeble can. Road by bloody road the forces of Hellsreach are beaten back. Yet they stand. Until the end.

ADB does a good job of switching perspectives to different factions/viewpoints for a single battle in a planetary invasion. This keeps things interesting & fresh.
a bit rushed
have read many many warhammer books over the years, both 40k and the medieval style, this is my first audio book of warhammer. although I really enjoyed it, it just seems like it was a bit rushed at certain points of the story, especially the ending. no spoilers, kinda expecting more drawn out conflicts
