Louroz is the Executive Director of the Yonge + St Clair Business Improvement Area, and a consultant on Eglinton West and the heart of Toronto's Little Jamacia. He was previously the Manager of Communications and Public Engagement at Waterfront Toronto and responsible for Sidewalk Toronto - a proposal by Alphabet’s Sidewalk Labs to create a new kind of mixed-use, complete community on Toronto’s Eastern Waterfront. He currently serves as Chair of Proud Politics – a national organization working to increase the number of LGBT leaders in public office. He also a co-founder of RISE Tribe; a Filipino youth mentorship and leadership program. Louroz is a 2009 Diverse City Fellowship, and is a Global Shaper with the World Economic Forum.
