Jorja shares her journey with therapy and medication to combat her anxiety disorder and how she’s learned to laugh at it. The three of them also chat about physical symptoms of anxiety, how to help someone through an anxiety attack, and exposure therapy. And here’s a tip: never say “just breathe” to someone experiencing anxiety. As Jorja says “I’ve never not breathed my entire life.”
