Processing grief is such an important parts of life, and yet rarely discussed. Today’s guest is works at the Centre for Grief and Healing and is on her own grief journey after the passing of her partner. Irish gives advice on supporting someone who’s grieving, forgiving yourself and letting go of guilt, and moving away from unhealthy ways of grieving. The three discuss the power of group therapy, secondary losses, bereavement leave, and finding the joy in life after death.
