I never thought I would be interested in CrossFit, but one day I found myself in a CrossFit Gym giving it a shot. Little did I know, this would be the start of an insane journey that would take me from a beginner at age 38 to a 3-time Crossfit Games champion at age 47. In this video, I'll share my story of how I fell in love with CrossFit and the  transformation it has brought about in my life. From struggling to complete a few burpees to becoming a dominant Masters Athlete, CrossFit has changed my body and my mindset in ways that I never could have imagined.
