Description

The inspiration for this episode comes from my very own Biz Bestie Strategy weekend, where I met with my accountability partner Katie in Denver back in May 2019, and we spent three days working on our businesses. Our goal was to gain clarity on our businesses and ideal customers, create a planned out action plan for the remainder of the year and create a solid elevator pitch for our businesses. Each day we had a theme and action items, and some of that included homework. We were both in the beginning stages of our businesses and wanted to make sure we knew 100% what our businesses were about and who we were serving.

In this episode, I am going to go over the various aspects of your foundational strategy session where we identify The Why, The Who, The What, The How and The When. Then, I will include what Katie and I did for our 3-day strategy session if you want to do something with your accountability partner or business partner, or team.
