Today, we are going to go over a little experiment I am conducting, and that is, doing one small thing each day to get me closer to my goals. I am calling this my One Thing, One Day, One Goal Experiment.

I’m always trying out new goal-setting methods and adjusting my framework to accommodate where I am in life. And honestly, I have been feeling in a rut with the normal way I do things, so I decided to shake things up. It could be because we are int eh middle of a global pandemic. Whatever the reason, I wanted to try something new.
