In today's episode I chat about the importance of our nervous system and also some signs and reasons that your nervous system may be dysregulated.

I also share some tips, tools and ways to support yourself if you feel as though your body is constantly ON, which for a lot of us is the case.

This episode is a great reminder to take some time out to nourish ourselves and really pay attention to what our body may be trying to tell us!
