Description

Happiness isn't a natural state for everyone, and that's perfectly fine. I've spent decades fighting against my brain's inability to maintain joy.

Interestingly, constantly chasing happiness makes you more miserable. My breakthrough came when I stopped fighting against my natural emotional baseline.

In this video, I'll show you why accepting your unique emotional framework and focusing on less-leaky emotional buckets can create a more fulfilling life. I'll also explore how neurodiversity affects our emotional experiences and why traditional happiness-seeking might be holding you back.
