Latoya's frontline work exposure propelled her to return to school to get her MBA. The tools she acquired provided her the grit to fight inequity and lead community development; using policy, social capital, social enterprise, and economic mobility.
Latoya is a community activist, mentor, mother, and entrepreneur. She is the founding Executive Director of the Community Development Corporation of the Park Church. Responsible for creating the vision and executing strategic initiatives around affordable housing, workforce development, and healthy living.
