Are you ready to elevate your leadership game? This episode is a goldmine of information! We start by honestly assessing where we are right now and identifying our areas of deficiency. Armed with this self-awareness, we turn to practitioners who have forged their own path to success. These role models offer insights worth emulating and their experiences serve as stepping stones to our own journey of growth. We even make the case for enrolling in a mini-course - a targeted approach to upgrade those areas that need more work. It's all about equipping ourselves with functional skills to navigate the present and future with confidence and competence.

But the learning doesn't stop there. We challenge ourselves to think outside the box and indulge in a simulated role-swap experience. This exercise tests our cognitive muscles of innovation and critical thinking. It stretches us, pushing us to expand our thinking and gain new team and business management skills. As we wrap up this season, we also recognise the power of taking a break. It's an opportunity to reset, recharge, and refocus, and to reflect on all the insights gained.
