Managing our Anxieties with the Corona Virus
I have been having conversations with people who have been expressing their own anxieties about the Corona virus.
This made me think that if my friends and those I care for are experiencing this, then there must be a lot of other people with the same thoughts.
This Podcast will hopefully help you understand why we are anxious but also give you some support on how to manage that anxiety.
I also give you a couple of exercises you can do to help manage your anxiety or any other distressing thoughts you might have about other issues.
